Believe it or not, summer season is finally here! Sadly, I still have not gotten a tan yet and that is one of my summer goals this year. 🙂
With summer comes the arrival of tropical fruits in the markets. Although New York’s climate is not suitable to grow passion fruits, luckily, we get imports, especially from Mexico. Currently, mangoes are in season, so they are super affordable and ubiquitous. To celebrate the summer solstice, I made a glass of refreshing mango iced tea and then just sit back to soak up the sunshine.
