This year’s Lunar New Year falls on February 3. It is also the Year of the Rabbit and I read that it is going to be a good year for everyone. 🙂
In my family, it is a tradition to eat all vegetarian dishes on new year’s day. One of my favorite savory dishes is this tofu skin stir-fry with sliced celery and carrots. The tofu is creamy and soft and the celery and carrots give every bite a nice crunch factor.
