With the current trend of going organic and green, knowing the source of your food is just as important as the ingredients because the source is where our meals are based upon.
Although I have stopped drinking milk (easier for my tummy), I still succumb to an occasional cup of Greek yogurt (love me some thick, creamy dairy at times) and let’s face it, sometimes it is better not to limit yourself too much granted that you are not allergic to dairy.
