I am so excited and honored to be interview by a popular food bog called Serious Eats. I have been an avid commenter on this site for a long time. It is an informative and positive food-centric blog that focuses on sharing food enthusiasm through online conversation, blogs, and
video. Best of all, everyone in the community acts like a big family and the team behind this ambitious website is always respectful, approachable and sincere. There are not much food blogs out there that encompass these high qualities. Hence, I was so grateful and surprised that they decided to interview me for their “In Our Community Corner” weekly feature.
