To join in the holiday festivity, I strolled along Fifth Avenue and headed to Le ParkerMeridien’s Annual Gingerbread Extravaganza. Inside the posh hotel, an area is sectioned off to feature gingerbread wonderlands created by local bakeries and restaurants.Visitors can also vote for the BEST gingerbread creation, too! One vote can be purchased for $1, which also allows you to enter in a chance to win a 5 night stay at the luxurious Parker Palm Springs. The best part? All proceeds benefit City Harvest, the world’s first food rescue organization, dedicated to feeding the city’s hungry men, women and children.

This is a nice and festive charity. My favorite is almost probably the most classic looking – the North Pole. I hope they win! Thanks for sharing the contestant photos!
